How to place an order?
To begin, select a category or brand from the top navigation menu, or use the search function to find a specific style or brand.
Next, choose the item you wish to purchase and click on Add To Bag. After you have added all your desired items, proceed to the checkout. You can sign in to your account, or if you haven't created one yet, you may opt for guest checkout.
Finally, provide your address, payment information, and delivery details to complete your order. We will confirm your order and ensure it is carefully prepared and shipped to you, keeping you updated throughout the process.
Is it necessary to have an account in order to place an order?
An email address is all that is necessary for you to place and track your orders. To expedite the checkout process and gain access to your wishlist and order updates, we highly recommend setting up a LÀ RICHEZE account.
When you create a LÀ RICHEZE account and complete a purchase, you will automatically join our loyalty program, Access. Every purchase you make brings you nearer to unlocking exclusive benefits, such as early sale access, priority customer service, unlimited free shipping, and a personal stylist tailored to your preferences.
I’ve lost my password. What’s the next step?
Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How can I check the status of my order?
Any orders placed will appear on your account. You can also track any outstanding orders here.
To track your order:
- Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password
- Select ‘My Orders’ from the menu on the left-hand side
Here you can view:
- A history of all your recent orders
- Up-to-date parcel statuses
- The delivery destination

You will receive tracking emails throughout, which detail how many parcels have been despatched and include all of your delivery information.
What are my delivery options?
You can receive your LÀ RICHEZE orders any day of the week. Delivery costs vary based on the selected service, the item's origin, and where it’s going. Most destinations can use express delivery, and standard delivery is available in some countries. When you place your order, you will see the delivery options for your location during checkout.
Express shipping Europe and the US: delivery time is 2-4 days.
Standard Shipping, delivery is within 3-7 days.
How to track My Order?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will ensure it is shipped within two business days. The delivery time may take between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the delivery method you have chosen. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date for each item as it is dispatched.

Cancellation of order
If you have decided to alter your choice, we completely understand. You can cancel your order by following the steps below or by getting in touch with LÀ RICHEZE customer service.

What if I want to return the product?
We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced due to receiving a defective or incorrect item. Please reach out to us through the contact Return form provided in order section. Be sure to include your order number, the relevant article number, and a brief explanation of your concern. We will investigate the matter and respond to you promptly. service you want to list. What is the process of returning the product?
Returns are always at no cost to you. However, it is important to return items using the return label provided by LÀ RICHEZE.
To return products, please generate a return label in your account under the ‘Orders’ section.
If you need to return a defective item, please submit a complaint first.
Here is a simple guide for returning items:
Create Return Documents
- Create return paperwork Access your most recent order in the ‘Orders’ section.
- Click on the ‘Create return’ option.
- Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason.
- Click ‘Continue’ and choose your preferred shipping company for the return. Once you click ‘Continue,’ your return will be set up, and the return documents will be ready for printing.
Returning the parcel
Start by printing the necessary return documents. Then, place the withdrawal form inside the parcel along with the items you wish to return.
Seal the parcel and apply the return label, ensuring it obscures the old label.
When you have finished, take the parcel to a post office or parcel shop to complete the return.
Is it feasible to return an item for exchange?
Due to our limited stock, exchanges are not possible.
You are welcome to return an item during the return period and then place a new order for the same item in a different size or color if needed. I

Where can I find my return documents?
The return documents you have created will be sent to the email address you entered during the form submission.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
The refund process may take up to 14 days once your return reaches our warehouse. While we typically process refunds more quickly, we appreciate your patience during busier periods when there may be a higher volume of packages to handle.

Before we can process your return, it must go through several steps to arrive at our facility.
After you send back the parcel, it will be taken to the carrier’s local distribution center. This is the final update you will see in the carrier’s tracking system, as we will take over from this point.
We will then transport your parcel to our warehouse and process it as quickly as possible.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. Once the process is complete, you will receive a notification, and the refund will be automatically credited back to your payment method.
What guidelines does LÀ RICHEZE have in place for returns?
A refund is available for items sent back to us within 30 days from the delivery date, with the exception of delivery fees.
We regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate exchanges. All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unused—with all tags still attached. Additionally, please ensure that any designer boxes or cases included with your order are returned as well. If any items are found to be damaged or missing, your refund may be affected. Should you want to introduce a new payment method or adjust an existing one, you can easily make these changes in the final step of the order process, known as ‘Order’, right before you check out. Just click on ‘Add/change payment method’. You can also opt to remove any current payment information during this step.
Why does LÀ RICHEZE have varying prices for its products?
The price of an item may vary after you have ordered it due to several reasons, such as the clearance of remaining stock or changes in its popularity. While we are unable to manage these price fluctuations, we always aim to provide you with the best price available for your destination at the time of your order.
Will you be restocking my size?
To get updates on a sold-out item returning to stock, navigate to the product information page. Select your size from the dropdown menu, pick the size or color that is not available, and input your email address along with the size you are looking for.

Would it be possible for me to hold an item for a future purchase?
Our goal is to ensure that everyone has an equal chance to purchase our most sought-after styles. Due to the limited availability of items, we are unable to accommodate reservations.
The items on my Wishlist have once again become accessible, but to my dismay, they are already sold out?
As soon as an article is available again, customers who have expressed interest by adding it to their Wishlist or setting a reminder will receive an email alert. Be aware that if the restock is limited, these items may sell out very quickly.
